In celebration of Song Fa’s 50th Anniversary this year, we have launched a series of Bak Kut Teh merchandise and I♥ BKT lucky dip items for you! 

Joining the group of lucky dip items this coming 09 August is our limited edition Song Fa x Wheniwasfour EZ-link Card.  The design and colours are inspired by our traditional Chinese calendar, in bold red with green accents. The year, “Since 1969”, is a tribute to our founder Mr. Yeo Eng Song, who established the Song Fa brand when he first started selling Bak Kut Teh along Johor Road in 1969. 

What is amazing about this design is how Wheniwasfour has accurately illustrated this local dish –  garlicky, tender pork ribs soup in a rooster bowl, complete with side dishes of doughy youtiao (imagine dipping it into the soup) and rice (look at the grains!).
