Our membership is open to all customers with a local (Singapore +65) verified number.

Cashback 现金回扣

  1. EARNINGS OF 5% CASHBACK
    • Members can earn 5% cashback on their bill when they dine-in, takeaway or purchase retail products from any of our outlets
    • Cashback earned excludes GST, service charge, and any amount from the usage of cashback credits or vouchers
    • Not valid for purchase of products from third party and/or online retail platforms. Not valid for delivery orders from third party vendors.
    • Requests for cashback for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained.
    • The system may require three to five working days for transactions and any changes to be reflected.
    • 会员在任何分店堂食、外带或购买零售产品皆可赚取5%现金回扣（以不含消费税和服务费的账单金额计算）。
    • 不包括从第三方卖家和/或电商平台购物的消费，也不包括第三方公司的外送订单。
    • 欲使用过往或回溯收据赚取现金回扣的请求，恕不受理。
    • 系统需约三至五个工作日以完整显示消费记录和任何更动。


  2. REDEMPTION OF 5% CASHBACK 兑换5%现金回扣 
    • Valid for dine-in, takeaway and retail products purchased in-store.
    • Not valid in conjunction with other promotions/discounts/privileges and vouchers except for Mall Cash Vouchers and/or Song Fa Dining/Gift Vouchers.
    • Member must be physically present during point of payment and must inform our cashier on the amount of cashback you wish to redeem.
    • Your 4-digit pin will be required for redemption of cashback.
    • Cashback cannot be converted for cash or exchanged for vouchers.
    • 只限堂食、外带，以及在店内购买零售产品。
    • 不能与其他促销活动/折扣/福利和优惠券同时使用，商场现金券和/或松发餐券/礼券除外。
    • 付款时，会员必须在场通知服务员您想兑换的现金回扣金额。
    • 兑换现金回扣时需输入您的四位密码。
    • 现金回扣不可转换为现金或兑换为礼券。


  3. EXPIRY OF CASHBACK 现金回扣有效期
    • Cashback credits are valid for 365 days from the last transaction.
    • All unused credits will expire after 365 days and forfeited unless a renewal is made before expiry.
    • An SMS alert will be sent to members 14 days before the month of expiry.
    • For members who have unsubscribed from SMS alerts, you may log in to your own Membership Portal (advocado.app) to check the expiry date of your cashback.
    • Members are responsible for the renewal of his/her cashback credits before expiry. Strictly no refund or extension of cashback credits after expiry.
    • 现金回扣金额的有效使用期为最后一次消费记录的365天内。
    • 逾期未用的现金回扣金额若没在到期日前更新，将在365天后过期并作废。
    • 会员将在到期月份的14天前收到简讯通知。
    • 退订简讯通知的会员可登入您的会员账户 (advocado.app) 查看现金回扣的到期日。
    • 会员有责任在到期日前更新现金回扣金额。现金回扣金额一旦过期，恕不退还或延长有效使用期。


  4. AUTHENTICATION 身份确认
    Member must be physically present, and the mobile number used for member registration must be entered at the point of payment.
    会员必须在场，并在付款时输入用于注册会员账户的手机号码。

e-Vouchers 电子礼券

  1. VALIDITY 有效使用期
    • Valid for dine-in, takeaway and retail products purchased at Song Fa outlets only.
    • Not valid for purchase of products from third party and/or online retail platforms. Not valid for delivery orders from third party vendors.
    • 只限堂食、外带，以及在松发分店购买零售产品。
    • 不包括从第三方卖家和/或电商平台购物的消费，也不包括第三方公司的外送订单。

      • Valid for 90 days.
      • 1 voucher redemption per member, no splitting of bills.

      • Valid with no minimum spend
      • Voucher will be automatically pre-loaded on the first day of the birthday month
      • Voucher must be redeemed within birthday month

      • *Members who complete their profile on their birthday month will receive the voucher 24 hours after completion. This first-time voucher will be valid for 31 days from date of completion. 
      • *在生日月份填妥会员资料的会员将在填妥后的24小时收到生日礼券。这第一次的生日礼券有效期为31天。
  2. EXCLUSIONS 除外事项
    • e-Vouchers are not stackable and cannot be used in conjunction with each other/other promotions/ discounts and or privileges (except for Mall Cash Vouchers and/or Song Fa Dining/Gift Vouchers).
    • 礼券不能互相拼用，也不能与其他促销活动/折扣和/或福利同时使用（商场现金券和/或松发餐券/礼券除外）。

Exclusive Privileges 专属福利

  1. ADVANCE members (members who have completed their profile) are automatically eligible for Song Fa’s exclusive privileges which may include (1) Lucky Draws (2) Promotional Campaigns. Please refer to respective privileges for respective Terms & Conditions.

Termination and Cancellation 终止和取消会籍

  1. MEMBERSHIP WITHDRAWAL 取消会籍
    • A member may choose to withdraw from the membership at any time by sending an email to contact@songfa.com.sg
    • Successful withdrawal may take up to 5 working days to process.
    • Upon the successful withdrawal of the membership account, all cashback credits, vouchers, and privileges will be forfeited.
    • All cashback credits, vouchers and privileges cannot be transferred to another membership account.
    • 会员可随时电邮至contact@songfa.com.sg取消您的会籍。
    • 成功取消会籍需约长达五个工作日的处理时间。
    • 一旦会籍被取消，所有的现金回扣金额、礼券和福利将一并作废。
    • 所有的现金回扣金额、礼券和福利不可转让至另一个会员账户。

  2. BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS 违反条款与细则
    • In the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions of Song Fa’s Membership Rewards, or if member’s account and activities are found to be fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Food Pte Ltd has the right to immediately terminate the membership with or without notice.
    • Upon the termination of the membership account, all cashback credits, vouchers, and privileges will be forfeited and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Food Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting thereafter.
    • 若违反松发会员奖励计划所述条款与细则，或会员账户和个人行为被发现为失实或不法等， 松发肉骨茶食品私人有限公司有权利立即终止其会籍，无论通知与否。
    • 一旦会籍被终止，所有的现金回扣金额、礼券和福利将一并作废，因而遭受的任何损失或损害，松发肉骨茶食品私人有限公司无须就此承担法律责任。

  1. PERSONAL DATA POLICY 个人资料保护政策
    As a Song Fa Membership Rewards member (“Song Fa member”), you agree to Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Food Pte Ltd (“Song Fa”)’s personal data policy as follows:

    We manage our Membership Rewards on e-platforms provided by Advocado Pte Ltd (“Advocado”). To enjoy the benefits of our Membership Rewards, you agree to create (or have previously created) an account with Advocado (your “Membership Account”) and agree to provide (or continue to provide) your personal data such as personal information (name, date of birth etc), contact information, transactional information (collectively, your “Personal Data”). When you visit us or when you make transactions, your Personal Data may be collected by us directly or disclosed to us by Advocado.

    作为松发奖励计划的会员（“松发会员”）即表示您同意松发肉骨茶食品私人有限公司 （“松发”）的个人资料保护政策，如下：

    我们通过Advocado私人有限公司（“Advocado”）提供的电子平台管理这项会员奖励计划。为享有会员奖励计划的福利，即表示您同意与Advocado注册（或先前注册）账户（您的“会员账户”），并同意提供（或继续提供）您的个人资料，例如：姓名、生日、联络资料、消费信息 （统称为您的“个人资料”）。当您到分店消费，我们将直接收集或通过Advocado获知您的个人资料。
