As a Song Fa Membership Rewards member (“Song Fa member”), you agree to Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Food Pte Ltd (“Song Fa”)’s personal data policy as follows:

We manage our Membership Rewards on e-platforms provided by Advocado Pte Ltd (“Advocado”). To enjoy the benefits of our Membership Rewards, you agree to create (or have previously created) an account with Advocado (your “Membership Account”) and agree to provide (or continue to provide) your personal data such as personal information (name, date of birth etc), contact information, transactional information (collectively, your “Personal Data”). When you visit us or when you make transactions, your Personal Data may be collected by us directly or disclosed to us by Advocado.

 

1. This Bi-Monthly Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is exclusive to Song Fa members who have completed their profile in their Membership Account (Advance Members), except for employees of Song Fa as well as immediate family members.

 

2. Song Fa members who have completed their profile in their Membership Account (Advance Members) will be automatically eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

 

3. Every visit to any Song Fa outlet (Singapore) is entitled to one entry to the Lucky Draw during the respective Bi-Monthly periods:

 

• 01 January 2022 to 28 February 2022
• 01 March 2022 to 30 April 2022
• 01 May 2022 to 30 June 2022
• 01 September 2022 to 31 October 2022
• 01 November 2022 to 31 December 2022

 

4. Splitting of receipts for multiple entries is not allowed.

 

5. Lucky Draw entries will not be issued for delivery orders made via third-party delivery platforms and/or purchase of retail products from third-party online platforms.

 

6. The decisions of Song Fa on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, including the bi-monthly periods and winners, are final, conclusive, and binding. Song Fa shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.

 

7. Prizes include: $50 Song Fa Dining Voucher (5 Winners x $50) every bi-monthly.

 

8. The Bi-Monthly Lucky Draw will be held on the first day of the following month after the respective bi-monthly period.

 

9. All winners shall be notified by sms as registered in the membership during the second week of the month of the draw. 

 

10. Vouchers will be loaded into winners’ Membership Account within 3 working days from the notification.

 

11. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.

 

 

12. All entries will be neutralised and reset after every draw.

 

13. Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Food Pte Ltd reserves the right to change any terms and conditions and/or terminate the promotion at any time, at its discretion, and to substitute any prize with one of similar value. In the event of dispute, Song Fa‘s decision is final and conclusive

 

 

14. The management reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reasons whatsoever.

 

15. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Song Fa should the Prize or any part thereof be forfeited.

 

16. By participating in the Lucky Draw, I understand and agree to the terms featured on Song Fa’s Personal Data Policy as indicated by Advocado Ptd Ltd. Policy: https://www.advocadoapp.com/privacy/

 

17. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
