Celebrating Grandparents’ Day with TOUCH Community Services

 Let us take the initiative to spend some time with our grandparents and the seniors from TOUCH Senior Activity Centre (Geylang Bahru) - a service of TOUCH Community Services, and we can learn so much more from their stories!

 

Earlier in November, together with a group of 5 staff from TOUCH Community Services, we accompanied a group of 34 seniors for grocery shopping at NTUC Fairprice, followed by a hearty Bak Kut Teh dinner at our outlet in UE BizHub East.

     

TOUCH Senior Activity Centre (Geylang Bahru), aims to promote Active Ageing and Volunteerism by providing eldercare support and services for seniors living in the neighbourhoods.

 

A big THANK YOU to the seniors who joined us on that day! We learned many new things while spending time with them (such as grocery basics), and truly felt the warmth from their laughters and smiles over the dining table.
