In celebration of Song Fa Membership’s 3rd Anniversary, we collaborated with popular local celebrities & influencers Outcasts; XiXi Lim, Rao ZiJie, Yan Wei, as well as Zermatt Neo and Glenn Yong to host a Meet and Greet session on 12 August 2023 at Chinatown Point! 

The Meet and Greet session was filled with exciting games and challenges! 

 

We also prepared goodie bags containing special limited-edition merchandise like a sticker sheet with cute illustration of the celebrities and influencers and a t-shirt especially for our selected participants.

The event started out with a friendly eating competition between Jaylene (@Jaylenebaobao) and Zermatt. Where Jaylene got the chance to challenge Zermatt on how fast they each could finish 2 bowls of Bak Kut Teh. A match that Zermatt won by just a few big bites of the pork rib making it look so easy! 

This was followed by another round between Zermatt and two fans. With Zermatt being declared the winning champion of both rounds. 

The competition was concluded with a special round with Xi Xi and Zijie vs Zermatt. Where Zermatt finished two bowls of Bak Kut Teh in a few seconds. Blink and you would have missed it!  

Next, a segment was conducted by the lovely people from Outcasts 😉 Xi Xi Lim, Rao Zijie and Yan Wei, where they played charades with fans. Creating all sorts of fun and laughter as they used sounds and contorted their bodies to try and convey what their words were.  

Act 2 concluded with cheeks hurting from laughter and a joyous atmosphere.  

Moving on to the next segment, we had an exciting performance by Glenn Yong, who performed two of his songs, “Up Up” and “Breakout” for us. With many of his fans singing along and shouting out in excitement. 

This was followed up by a trivia game where fans were quizzed about Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Winners who answered correctly won a signed polaroid picture with their idol, Glenn.  

Next, our hosts got to join hands with audience members with a treasure hunt. With weird items like nail clippers and a toilet roll to find!  

The event ended with a lucky draw for our selected participants. With one of our directors, Diana Yeo presenting 3 winners with our lucky draw prizes as well as 1 surprise winner.  

We concluded the event with a giant group photo capturing this special moment for us and the outcast team.
