This Labour Day, Song Fa would like give a shout-out to the team at UE BizHub East, our 3^rd oldest outlet!

Ah Ma Suat Khim and Aunty Poh Leng have been with us since the opening of our 3^rd outlet at UE BizHub East in 2012. Ah Ma leads the serving station, while Aunty takes care of the orders at our drinks & dessert bar.

“I love being able to interact with customers and it makes me very happy when they recognise me and greet me, some of them also call me Ah Ma. Our customers are very polite and friendly, they thank us every time we serve the orders to their tables.”

Despite being in their late 60s, both expressed that they enjoy working and are happy to do so for as long as they can.

“活到老，学到老。I think that as a senior, if we can we should work a little to keep ourselves active and healthy. I enjoy working here, and I like being able to meet and talk to different people.” Ah Ma says, which Aunty agrees and added on.

“I am thankful to everyone in the UE team because they are very cooperative. We are like a family.”
